How long does mixing or mastering take?
Mastering is typically 2–4 days. Mixing depends on the session's complexity, but I'll give you a realistic estimate before starting once I've seen your stems.
How many revisions do I get?
Mixing includes revisions until it's right — I'm not going to call it done if you're not happy with it. Mastering includes reasonable adjustment rounds if the target isn't quite there yet.
What's the difference between mastering and stem mastering?
Regular mastering works on your final stereo mix. Stem mastering works on grouped stems (drums, bass, synths, etc. — however you split them), giving finer control over the balance during the mastering stage itself, not just overall loudness and tone.
What file formats do you need, and what do I get back?
Send WAV files, 24-bit if possible. You'll get your master back as a 24-bit WAV, ready for release or further distribution, plus an MP3 at 320kbps for quick reference, sharing, or DJing — 16-bit is a CD-era format at this point and not something delivered by default.
What sample rate do you work at?
44.1kHz and 48kHz are both handled natively, matched to whatever your session was recorded at — there's no unnecessary resampling in either direction unless the final delivery format specifically calls for it.
What does your mastering signal chain look like?
All in the box, digitally — EQ and compression to shape balance and dynamics, then limiting to bring the track up to a competitive, translatable level without crushing the transients that made the mix work in the first place.

Do the sample packs need a specific Ableton version?
Essential Tools Vol. 1's racks need Live 10 or later. Vol. 2 and the standalone racks pack need Live 12. The loops and one-shots themselves work in any DAW.
How do I get my pack after paying?
Straight away — the download links appear on the confirmation page the moment your payment goes through. Save the files before closing that page. If you lost it or something went wrong, get in touch with the email you paid with and it'll be sorted out directly.
