Upload your stems and a reference track
Stems however you've split them — by instrument, by group, whatever made sense while producing. The reference track matters more than it might seem: it's not about copying another song, it's the fastest way to communicate a tonal or dynamic character without writing a paragraph trying to describe a feeling in words.
Note your channel count and direction
Channel count sets the price tier (see below). Alongside it, leave notes on balance, space, or feel — as much or as little as you want to specify. No direction at all is a valid brief too; it just puts more trust in the read of the track.
It gets checked before it ever reaches you
The first pass isn't sent the moment it sounds good on one setup. It gets checked in mono, checked against the reference, checked on more than one system — the same scrutiny a mix gets before mastering, just one stage earlier. If something in the stems looks off (clipping, phase issues, a channel that doesn't match the note count), that gets flagged back through messaging before work continues, not discovered after delivery.
Your first mix lands on the dashboard
With a message alongside it, not just a file — noting what direction was taken and any judgment calls made along the way, so the first thing you see isn't a silent download link with no context.
Review it and respond through the built-in messaging
Point at specific sections, specific moments, specific instruments — as precise or as general as the note needs to be. It's a real back-and-forth conversation attached directly to the project, not a new email thread that starts the context over from zero.
Revisions continue until you approve it
Not until it's called done from this end — each revision pass gets the same mono/reference/multi-system check as the first before it comes back to you. That's a real policy, not a marketing line: a mix isn't finished just because a deadline was hit, it's finished when you say it is.
