All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are the prices that apply to your order at the moment you place it. Sample packs are paid in full at checkout, handled by Stripe. Mixing, mastering and teaching are quoted per project — payment terms are agreed with you directly before work starts, and final files are delivered once payment is settled.

Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. Those are between you and them.

Sample packs are digital downloads. Your download links appear on the confirmation page immediately after payment goes through — there is no waiting period and nothing is posted to you. Save the files before closing that page.

If a download fails, the page is lost, or a link stops working, email wavaudiolab@gmail.com from the address you paid with and you'll be sent a working link. You paid for the pack, not for one successful click.

Buying a pack gives you a permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use its sounds in your own music — released or not, commercially or not, with no royalties owed and no credit required. That includes tracks, remixes, live sets, and work you produce for clients.

What isn't allowed: redistributing, reselling, or giving away the pack's raw files on their own, in whole or in part, including inside another sample pack, preset pack, or sound library. The licence is for you — it isn't transferable to someone else.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download has been made available, because the goods are delivered in full and instantly and cannot be returned.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins — by completing checkout and accessing your download, you are asking for immediate delivery and accepting that the withdrawal right no longer applies. You can preview every pack before buying: each product page has audio demos, and Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 both have a free trial pack.

None of this is meant to be used as a wall. If you were charged twice, bought the wrong thing, bought a pack you already owned, or the files are broken, get in touch and it will be put right.

Revisions. Mixing includes revisions until you're happy with the result. Mastering includes reasonable adjustment rounds if it isn't landing yet. This covers getting the agreed brief right — a change of direction or a fundamentally different brief is new work.

Turnaround. Mastering is typically 2–4 days. Mixing depends on session complexity, with a realistic estimate given before work starts. Delivery happens through the Studio dashboard.

What you need to supply. Working links to your files, at the quality specified in the FAQ. Delays caused by missing or unusable material aren't counted against the turnaround estimate.

Cancelling. Cancel before work has started and you're refunded in full. Once work has started, you're charged for what has actually been done and receive whatever has been completed.

You keep full ownership of and all rights to your own recordings and compositions. Nothing here transfers any part of that. Delivered masters are yours to release however you want.

Finished work may be referenced as a credit or used as a portfolio example once your track is publicly released — tell us if you'd rather it wasn't, and it won't be. Nothing unreleased is ever shown or shared.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question. Wavaudiolab isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost revenue, missed release dates, lost data — arising from the delivered files, this site, or the Studio. Nothing here limits liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, which Swiss law does not allow to be excluded.

Keep your own backups of your source material. It's your work and no one else should be the only one holding it.

Swiss law applies, and the courts of the canton of Vaud have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, this doesn't deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or of your right to bring proceedings there.

These terms can change. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top shows when this page last changed.
